Berth Rates:

• Annual……............…. $9.75 per ft/per month
• Semi Annual……….... $11.00 per ft/per month
• Monthly…………..…. $12.50 per ft/per month

*Note: Berth rates are based on either the overall length of the vessel or the slip length;
whichever is greater.

Utility Rates:

• 30 amp electric service…….. $65.00/per month
• 50 amp electric service…….. $95.00/per month
